All 3-A Summit on Hygienic Design participants are expected to adhere to the 3-A SSI Event Code of Conduct.

Cancellation Policy (Conference Registration) Cancellation requests must be submitted in written form and sent to conference@3-A.org for review and processing. Cancellation requests received by May 1, 2026 will receive a 100% refund, minus a $150 administration fee. 3-A SSI invoices for no-shows. After May 1, 2026, you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in your registration. Fees for tours or other events are non-refundable.
