Frank De la Guardia holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, USA and an M.S. in Professional Management from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida, USA.
Frank has been with Ecolab's Food & Beverage Division since 2005.
Until 2013, Frank worked for the North America Group, providing support to dairy, protein, beverage, beer, and food processors in Northern and Central California, servicing multiple facilities.
In 2014, Frank transitioned to Technical Support Specialist for the entire Latin American region, based in Miramar, Florida, USA.
Since 2021, Frank has led the Technical Support Specialists group for F&B Latin America.
Frank is certified in hygienic design by EHEDG.
Frank offers experience and technical expertise to F&B customers and field teams in the Latin American region, providing support in quality improvement, food safety, cleaning and disinfection practices, CIP, OPC, membrane optimization, process and operation optimization, hygienic design, antimicrobial treatment of tissues, pathogen control, bottle washing optimization and lubrication.
