I am a PhD student at Poultry-Food Science with an Artificial Intelligence Engineering degree at Auburn University, Alabama. My bachelor's and master’s degrees were in Food Science and Technology Engineering at Zamorano University and Auburn University, respectively. I am mainly interested in sustainable, non-thermal pathogen control systems for protein supply chains. Research integrates atmospheric cold plasma, plasma-activated antimicrobials, AI-driven spectral imaging, microbiome sequencing, proteomics, and biodegradable antimicrobial packaging to enhance poultry food safety while reducing chemical dependency and food waste.
