Sue is a highly accomplished dairy food safety expert with more than 25 years of experience in dairy inspection, grading, and regulatory compliance. She recently retired from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service, where she served as a Dairy Equipment Specialist and Agricultural Dairy Commodity Grader, conducting inspections, grading dairy products, and evaluating equipment and facilities for compliance with USDA Regulations and 3-A Sanitary Standards.
Prior to her federal service, Susan worked for eight years as a Dairy Inspector and State Sanitarian with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, where she inspected processing plants, dairy farms, and bulk milk haulers while enforcing the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance and coordinating FDA check ratings.
Today, through her company Absolute Consulting Services, Susan serves as a 3-A Certified Conformance Evaluator, helping dairy equipment manufacturers and dairy plants meet the highest sanitary and food-safety standards.
