With more than 20 years of experience delivering complex food and beverage facilities, she has overseen over $1B in construction projects across multiple countries, with a strong focus on hygienic design, constructability, and lifecycle performance. Aleisha is passionate about advancing engineering standards that enable safe, scalable, and compliant food production. She holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Marquette University and is an active mentor and advocate for women in engineering and manufacturing.
