This presentation will introduce a new technology that produces a disinfection chemical that has the unique properties of being non-corrosive to processing equipment chemical, reduces turbidity in CIP and processing water intended for reuse, removes the requirement for use of personal protective equipment, eliminates the need for on-site disinfecting chemical storage and EPA reporting requirement for this chemical and significantly reducing the facility’s carbon footprint. This is all possible, plus improving the hygiene of food processing equipment through use of a more effective disinfection system.
